Getting started with LeadR is a breeze. Simply find the LeadR button on the right side of the BHuman home page. You'll be taken to the LeadR home page, where you'll find two options: "See My Campaigns" and "Create New Campaign."
Let's imagine you're a startup preparing for a fundraising round and want to reach out to potential investors on LinkedIn. To begin, give your campaign a name. Next, connect your LinkedIn account by entering your login details. (BHuman stores and encrypts your information securely.)
Next, define your audience. There are two ways to do this. You can either upload a CSV file containing the LinkedIn profiles of the people you want to reach out to, or you can add a search URL. To add a search URL, simply perform a LinkedIn search for your desired audience and copy the URL into the LeadR campaign page.
Once you've specified your audience, you can decide how many videos you want LeadR to send each day. BHuman sets a limit of 80 videos per day to ensure the safety of your LinkedIn account, but it's recommended to start with a smaller number like 30 videos a day.
Next, choose whether you want to send videos to connection requests or to people who are already in your network. This allows you to tailor your approach based on your specific goals.
Lastly, select your preferred schedule for sending out the videos. We, at BHuman, advise users to set this schedule according to your working hours and time zone to mimic natural human behavior.
Congratulations! Your campaign has been successfully created. Now it's time to add the sequence and map out your variables. The sequence refers to the LinkedIn message that will accompany the video. Begin with a friendly greeting like "Hey," followed by a forward slash to view a drop-down menu. This menu provides options such as the recipient's first name, last name, city, and occupation. Choose the variables that suit your campaign and conclude your message by inviting the recipient to check out the video for more information.
To add your personalized video, either record a new one or select an existing video from your BHuman library. Once you've chosen your video, map out the variables and set default values for cases where a lead's information is unavailable. For example, if a recipient's LinkedIn profile lacks a city, you can set "the US" as the default value. Similarly, if the recipient's name isn't clearly defined, you can use "there" as the default value. (hey there.)
When everything is set, click "Start Campaign" to initiate the process. Please note that the processing time may take up to 45 minutes to an hour. To monitor the status of your campaigns, simply return to the BHuman LeadR home page and refresh it periodically for updates.
