Expanding my reach to clients with a personal edge

BHuman is a game changer! As a business owner, maintaining existing clients and prospecting for new ones are equally important. I am always looking for tech to help streamline outreach but most tools lack the personal touch and I feel the need to do more manual work to keep clients engaged. I am thrilled to have found BHuman! It seems to be the only tool that really does both without requiring my time to personalize. (The only time investment is a few tries at getting the videos right, but it sounds like they're working on improving that process). My team and I already sent a video out to our database of clients who were inactive for 6 months and received a significant reply rate and we have meetings on the calendar! Now that we see the potential, we're going to schedule the BHuman videos on a cadence in place of the marketing emails we were sending (our old emails were lagging on engagement with inactive clients). And I'm already working on a video for cold outreach. Excited to see how they continue improving the product, if they keep in this direction BHuman will be one of the most important in my toolbag.
