Leadr
Monitor Leadr campaigns after launch.
Leadr campaign management shows campaign state, audience type, next run, pace, resume/delete actions, per-lead result rows, workflow stages, generated video URLs, and failure context.
Overview
Management view
The management screen loads all Leadr campaigns for the current user. Selecting a campaign fetches result rows and status counts from the worker. The page keeps list-level campaign operations separate from row-level workflow inspection.

- Delete
- Deletes the campaign and releases campaign connection leases. Use only when the campaign should no longer run.
Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting campaign issues
- If a campaign is paused, reconnect the account first and then use Resume.
- If a row shows Needs review, hover or inspect the row message for the failure reason.
- If email fallback rows are blocked, confirm sender, subject, body, unsubscribe/compliance configuration, and worker email enablement.
- If no generated video URL appears, confirm the AI Studio template was attached, variables were mapped, and the generated video callback completed.
- If no leads appear, review the audience source, signal query/topics, schedule timing, and account health.
Worker states
The worker uses scheduled tasks for search, video generation, invite, engagement, comment, like, invite follow-up, message, and email. Result rows reflect the latest completed or failed task for each lead.
