Provision sending numbers for SMS campaigns.
Phone number settings create a new sending number for BHuman and forward replies and calls to your own phone number.
Model
How numbers work
- Sending number
- The BHuman-provisioned number used to send SMS or MMS messages.
- Linked phone number
- Your phone number that receives forwarded replies and calls.
- Area code
- Used for US and Canada number selection when local availability allows it.
- Address details
- Required for some countries because phone number regulations vary by region.
Countries
Supported setup
- US and Canada numbers can use an area code during provisioning.
- Australia and New Zealand are included in the country selector.
- Some non-US and non-Canada setups require address details before provisioning.
- Local regulation can affect whether a number can be provisioned in a country.
BHuman cannot send from your personal number directly
The product creates a new sending number and forwards recipient replies or calls to the phone number you provide.
Workflow
Add a number

Choose country
Select the country for the sending number. - 02
Enter area code or address
For US and Canada, enter an area code. For countries that require address details, fill in the address form. - 03
Enter forwarding number
Add the phone number where replies and calls should forward. - 04
Add number
Submit the form and wait for the new number to appear in Your Numbers.
Operations
Delete a number
Use the delete action beside a provisioned number when it should no longer be used for campaign delivery. The number is removed from the account list after deletion completes.

Use with SMS
- Provision at least one number before sending SMS or MMS campaigns.
- Use an SMS delivery flow after generated videos have succeeded.
- Confirm recipient phone columns are formatted consistently before launch.
