What it does

Persona email workflows connect an incoming mailbox to a reply sender so Persona can create or send responses using its configured knowledge and prompt-response data.

Setup

Email config

    Select receiving email

    Choose the mailbox or forwarder whose incoming email should be handled.
  2. 02

    Select sender email

    Choose the configured sending account used for replies.
  3. 03

    Choose reply timing

    Select immediate, very fast, fast, normal, or slow reply timing.
  4. 04

    Save the config

    Store the sender, receiver, credentials, and delay for the Persona instance.

Controls

Blacklists and drafts

  • Blacklisted emails are excluded from Persona email handling.
  • Draft emails include sender, recipient, subject, body, receive time, and send time.
  • Replies can be edited before sending.
  • Persona email quality depends on approved prompt responses and current knowledge data.
