Plans and billing settings show your current AI Studio video quota, available plan tiers, Persona and Leadr add-ons, promo codes, and subscription change actions.

Scope

What plans control

AI Studio quota
The number of personalized videos included in the current billing period.
Extra video rate
The cost shown on paid plans for videos generated beyond the included quota.
Face and voice cloning
Core AI Studio plan access for personalized presenter video generation.
Persona add-on
Adds Persona training, voice-call time, knowledge, and email reply capabilities.
Leadr add-on
Adds LinkedIn-style outreach automation with personalized video support.

Controls

Plan controls

  • Switch between monthly and yearly plan views before choosing a plan.
  • Review the current plan badge and video usage progress bar.
  • Enter a promo code before checkout when a promotion applies.
  • Restart AI Studio onboarding to show the Tutorials launcher and Welcome walkthrough again.
  • Open checkout from the selected plan or add-on card.

Products

Add-ons

Persona
Used for AI persona conversations, training prompts, voice calls, and email replies.
Leadr
Used for outreach account seats and campaigns that send personalized videos to prospects.
AppSumo tiers
When present, these tiers show the included seats, personas, and voice-call quota.

Add-ons are separate from AI Studio video quota

Buying a Persona or Leadr add-on does not replace the AI Studio plan. Use the add-on card for the product-specific subscription, and use the Personalized Videos plan cards for video generation quota.

Workflow

Upgrade or downgrade

  1. 01

    Open Settings

    Choose Plans from the settings sidebar.
  2. 02

    Review usage

    Check the current video usage progress and active plan label.
  3. 03

    Select a plan or add-on

    Use the plan card for AI Studio or the add-on card for Persona or Leadr.
  4. 04

    Complete checkout

    BHuman redirects to checkout for plan upgrades and add-on purchases.
  5. 05

    Cancel or downgrade

    Use the downgrade control on the active subscription when available.

Checks

Troubleshooting

  • If checkout does not open, refresh the page and try the plan action again.
  • If a promo code is invalid, remove it or enter the exact code provided by BHuman.
  • If usage looks wrong, confirm you are in the correct workspace before reviewing quota.
  • For enterprise plans or custom limits, contact BHuman from the contact page.
