Send generated videos by MMS or SMS.

BHuman builds a message for each generated row, substitutes variables from campaign data, attaches the generated thumbnail where available, and sends messages through the selected sending number.

Sending number

A provisioned phone number available to the workspace.

Recipient phone column

The campaign column containing recipient phone numbers.

Generated thumbnail

The media URL used in MMS where available.

Message body

The text message body with optional variables.

• Use variables from campaign headers in the SMS body.
• The video variable resolves to the generated share field where supported.
• Rows missing required variables are skipped or blocked depending on send mode.
• Phone numbers are normalized before sending.

   Open SMS delivery

   Start from the generated videos page for a campaign.

   Select recipient phone column

   Choose the campaign column that contains phone numbers.

   Write the message body

   Use row variables only when those fields exist in the campaign data.

   Test with one number before sending the full campaign.

   BHuman sends rows that pass variable and phone checks.

• Do not launch until generated videos have succeeded.
• Confirm the phone column has values for all intended recipients.
• Confirm every body variable has a value in the target row.
• Use a test send to validate formatting and media display.
